FARNSWORTH: We have one other lady who clerked in the Co- op store; I think that she will testify to more boats than Mrs. Bayles did, who also clerked there; she clerked there for longer period; but aside from that the testimony will be the same as that of Mrs. Bayles. She is not here this morning. Will you stipulate she would so testify as I have indicated? MR. BLACKMAR: Well, I don't know how many boats you are figuring you want her to testify to. MR. FARNSWORTH: I merely said it was more. THE SPECIAL MASTER: What difference does it, make, really, as to the exact number of boats? I don't think that is of any concern. MR. BLACKMAR: Have you in your note the time she was there? THE SPECIAL MASTER: There has been evidence on both sides at the time of the placer excitement there were some boats taken down that river.
