Q At the zahn camp? A Yes sir. Q Where was this outfit when you first saw it? A Between eight and ten miles above there. MR. BLAKCMAR: I thought Mr. Farnsworth was con-fused. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q How far above Copper canyon was it when you saw it? A Practically a mile, -- about a mile. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Mile above Copper canyon? A Something like that, Williams bar, I would think it was about a mile above Copper canyon. Q Is there a trial leading into Copper canyon? A Yes sir. Q How far from the trail was this outfit? A It was right on the trail, comes down Copper canyon right up to the river bar. |
