BLACKMAR: Q You are the wife of Mr. H. T. Howland, who has tes-tified in this case? A Yes sir. Q Did you live inGreenriver before you were married, Mrs. Howland? A Yes, for just a short time, just on a visit. Q What time did you come to Greenriver? A Went down in 1893. Q The year you arrived there do you recall taking any trip down to Valentine Bottoms? A Yes sir. Q Who were on that trip? A I went down with my brother, Joe Ross, went down to bring out the Valentine family, Mr. And Mrs. Valetine and their daughter. Q You went down in a row boat? |
