BLACKMAN: Q Mrs. Bayles, while you were there at that store, to your knowledge did the store ever receive any merchandise which was shipped in on the San Juan river from either above or below? A well, I don't know what you would call merchandise; the San Juan store -- the superintendent bought a wagon- load of whiskey and billiard tables, if you call that merchandise |
