Show 333 6521 4511 J. H. Woods- RC Q Very low? A Yes; in my judgment, of course, I would think there would be more dry farms than that. MR. BLACKMAR: In connection with Mr. Woods' tes-timony I desire to offer in evidence that part of page 13 of the fourteenth census of the United States for the year 1920 showing that there are four hundred and five farms in San Juan county, Utah. THE SPECIAL MASTER: That is already in evidence, isn't it? MR. BLACKMAR: Not that document, no. THE SPECIAL MASTER: You put in the census. MR. BLACKMAR: Population; that was a special bulletin. MR. FARNSWORTH: I don't have any objection to your offering that in evidence, but it is not as a part of the cross examination of this witness. THE SPECIAL MASTER: If that is used in asking the witness these last question, I think it is proper to have it marked. Merely a question of the order; the court will take judicial notice, anyway, of the United States census. |
