Show 6519 4509 J. H. Woods- RD A Yes sir, setting forth the facts in regard to the acreage cultivated and uncultivated, the amount of grazing land, and the amount of livestock. Q And was it complied from official records of the county? A Yes sir. MR. FARNSWORTH: I haven't read it, but I think it ought to go in. Ask to have it marked as an exhibit. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Any objection to that. Mr. Blackmar? MR. BLACKMAR: No, I haven't any objection to it. The document appears to be such a document as might be issued by a commercial club. THE SPECIAL MASTER: If you haven't any objection to it, and Mr. Farnsworth offers it, it seems to me it is con-siderably better evidence than estimates made by cattle men ranging up and down; if it is a semi- official document, I think it would be of some assistance. ( Defendant's Exhibit l4 was thereupon marked by the reporter.) THE SPECIAL MASTER: I understand this is confined to agricultural statistics, is it? |
