VNIVERSITY OF VTAH Prexy wasn't at school for quite a while after the holidays and it was noised around the campus that he was busy with the legislature. Well, here is the reason snapped in full. This picture was taken by our staff photographer at the Bohemian party on February fourth at the Jazzland Cafe and the reason he wasn't here was because Mrs. Prexy saw him looking at the Polize Gazettes and he had to stay home and nurse his bruises. COLLEGE LIE-FE A One act Drama by Ima Goof Scene: Loving mother putting babies to bed. Scenery: One bed^ two babies^ one mother. Time: Suit yourself-Preferably after dark. Curtain Rises: Mother is singing in the same voice in which cooled first baby's soup for supper. Child grows hysterical. she First Baby: Wattinell do you think this is? Nix on the racket. Second Baby: Yeh, howinell are we going to sleep with you kicking up such a fuss? Fond Mother: Shall I tell you a story? Babies (in chorus): Yeh, if you won't sing Mother: All right, sweet things, here's to you. {Gulps and wipes tear from eye as she pauses to remember}} Once upon a time, many years ago, when I was in attendance at the University of Utah, I knew a co-ed who went out with a fellow who didn't have an automobile, and she knew that he really couldn't afford to take her to the Orpheum, so she was content to go to the Kinema.-Now children, don't flounder around like that-and this fellow wasn't a fraternity man and after he had quit school he was never once heard to say that he had ever turned down a fraternity bid- now lie still, children-nor to admit under pressure that more than one co-ed had ever really loved him. {Snores from both babies.)
