A veteran of many a hard fought gridiron battle. On the defense he was a tower of strength, time and again tearing through the opponents' line and breaking up their plays. On the offense he eluded his opponents and received forward passes that resulted more than once in a score for his team. Best wishes to Prouse, the most versatile captain the Crimson ever had. Hancock Captain elect for 1921. All Rocky Mountain Center. Plays a hard game all the time. The most consistent player on the team. Plays clean and fights every minute. A sure tackier and a power on defense. Two years Varsity experience. Stiefel All Rocky Mountain quarterback in 1918. One of the greatest halfbacks ever seen in the conference. Fast and heady, he easily outclassed all his opponents. His good sense of humor made him the cleanest sportsman that ever donned a football suit. Handicapped by an injured knee prevented Moses from playing in most of the games. Watkins A new man who made good during the whole season. Smashes hard, tackles low and fights hard all the time. His first year at Varsity football. Next year should see Watkins the greatest fullback in the conference. Played on the 1919 Frosh team Decker Playing his first Varsity football, he proved a veteran before the end of the season. Throwing every ounce of strength into the game he always proved to be a tower of strength. Plays clean and fights every minute. Noted for his "mermaid like" movements. Page 115 |
