The act of March 3, 1905, repeals this provision and reenacts the provisions of section 3 of the original agreement with the Creek tribe of Indians, which declares that the residue shall be used in equalizing allotments made to citizens of that tribe, and, as before stated, the provision of law quoted was repealed by the act of March 3 last. As allotments'have not been completed in the Choctaw and Chicka-saw nations, no action has been taken looking to the sale of their wrplus lands. CITlZBNLIBIP.
