TRIP REPORT, FORM 0141 {EXHIBIT "F"}: This report has been provided for the purpose of keeping a record of the time of travel, oil and gasoline consumpti on, weights and mileage, delays, trouble with tractors and sleighs enroute, and road condition s. One of these reports should be made for each trip. The following informatio n should be filled in at the Siding at the start of the trip: Trip Number, Tractor Number, Sleigh Numbers, Driver in Charge, Time left F.F.P.Sid ing {initialed by party making entry), and Gasoline in Tanks at start. When the driver ar- rives at Island Falls he will report to the Churchill River Power Company represent ative to be designate d by • A. Roche, who will fill in the time and date and his initials opposite "Arrived Island Falls", and will also fill in, when the tractor leaves, the time and his initials opposite "Left Island Falls." When the trac- tor returns to Flin Flon Power Siding the time and date will be filled in opposite "Arrived F.F.P.Sid ing and initialed by the party making the entry. Tractors will start the trip with full tanks, sufficien t for the round trip, so that the capacity of the tank can be shown as gasoline in tanks at start. -19- When they return to the Siding the |
