Rail way and Dominio n Con struc tion Company) and the amount of custo ms and duti es. The rubb er stam p impr essio n plac ed on all invo ices prov ides spac es for all of this info rma tion . Thes e duti es may be perf orme d eith er by the offi ce at Flin Flon Power Sidi ng or the Mine Warehouse Offi ce. At pres ent the Mine Warehouse Offi ce hand les this phas e of the Chu rchi ll work. Afte r haul ing star ts the most feas ible meth od shou ld be adop ted. When the requ ired info rmat ion has been plac ed on the invoic es at Flin Flon , one copy shou ld be reta ined for the Company's file s and the orig inal and one copy forw arde d to the appo inted company repr esen tativ e at Isla nd Fall s, to be turn ed over to the Fras erBrac e Eng inee ring Company. The Fras er-B race Eng inee ring Company will com plete the info rma tion requ ired on the invo ices , i.e. , the date of the rece ipt of the good s at Isla nd Fall s, and the chec king of the cont ents of the case s or crat es.
