Show of shipments from the time they leave their point of origin unt11 they arrive and are released at their destination. The Car iumber, Name of Shipper, Point of Shipment, Contents, and Date Shipped, should be entered when the first information is received by or from the Traffic Department. The other en- tries indicated will be made as the reports covering car movements are reported from the various points. A set of these forms and a binder is being furnished to J. L. Ayre, Traffic Department, Winnipeg; W. F. Hughes, The Pas office, and M.A. Roche at Flin Flon Power Siding. BILL OF LADING, FORM 0140 (EXHIBIT "D"): The Bill of Lading, Form 0140, provided to cover shipments between Flin Flon Power Siding and Island Falls is printed in sets of five, each copy of a different color. A Bill of Lading is to be made on each loaded sleigh and tractor from the Material Checker•s Report and scale ticket covering the load. Bills of Lading should be made up as soon as pos- sible and be in readiness to hand the tractor driver as soon as his train ·is made up.
