This guide is written for the guidance of all concerned in the winter freighting programmer between Flin Flon Power Siding and Island Falls. A separate section of the guide is devoted to the duties of and reports required of each department, the use of the various forms and the general procedure at each point. Please follow the plans as outlined carefully. No changes should be made without the approval of M.A. Roche, who is to be in charge of the general winter freighting programmer, working in conjunction with Chas. B. Morgan, the hauling contractor. An index to the various sections and subjects will be found at the front of this guide. |
