Show o. L. Flanag an, Engine er: Mr. Flanag an will be in genera l charge of the compan y's intere sts at Island Falls. He will render ~~da y progre ss report in accorda nce with his instruc tions from Mr. R. E. Phelan , coverin g the work being done on the Power Plant by the Fraser- Brace Engine ering Company and will cooper ate with Mr. Roche in every way possib le in the work which he and his men have to do with the winter freigh ting. Mr. Flanag an will be ad- vised from time to time by Mr. Roche of any change s which he desires in connec tion with what his men are doing on winter freigh ting. Mr. Flanag an has a signatu re on the Payrol l Accoun t and it is prefera ble that he sign checks with the Fraser- Brace representati ve when possib le. Fred B. Willis: Mr. Willis is to work under the super- vision of O. L. Flanag an. He is to keep in genera l touch with and be respon sible for the propri ety of the Fraser- Brace payrol ls. Mr. Willis has a signatu re on the Payrol l Accoun t and will sign payrol l checks with the Fraser- Brace repres entativ e in the absenc e of Mr. Flanag an. John Hether ington: ~r. Hether ington is to assist in the genera l work and in partic ular is to keep in genera l touch with and be respon sible for the proper checkin g of aJ.l materi als received from sleigh s and tracto rs arrivin g at Island Falls. He should collec t from the checke rs, the Materi al Checke r's Report s as they are comple ted and delive r them to the appoin ted company repres entativ e at the office . As he collec ts these report s he should see that each checke r•s report is comple te and that each bears the right sleigh or tracto r number that it covers . -6- |
