Show FREIGHT BILLS At the present time the Company is receiving copies of freight bills as follows: (Check this with W. F. Hughes.) Canadian National Original One copy One copy Railway: to Winnipeg for payment. to The Pas office. to the Mine Warehouse Office. Dominion Construction Company: Original and duplicate to the mine. Warehouse Office of which the original is sent to Winnipeg for payment. One copy to The Pas office. Arrangements should be made to obtain one additional copy of each transportation company's freight bills, unless The Pas office can release its copy, on the shipments to Churchill River Power and c. B. Morgan, so that the Fraser-Brace Engineer- ing Company at Island Falls can be furnished with a copy for their records covering Churchill shipments and C. B. Morgan furnished with a copy covering his shipments. Also at the present time bills of ~ading over the line of the Dominion Construction Company do not accompany the shipments, consequently shipments arrive at the mine without shipping papers; and freight bills covering such shipments are obtainable only on Saturday of each week. These matters should be taken up with the Dominion Construction Company by Messrs. Green and Roche when in The Pas, and the necessary arrangements made to correct this situation.
