Advise daily M.A. Roche at the mine by radio, and J. L. Ayre at Winnipeg by wire, of cars shipped from The Pas and their destination, i.e., Flin Flon Power Siding and Flin Flon Mine Siding, or Churchill River Power Company shipments, C. B. Morgan shipments, and Hudson Bay Mining shipments. & Smelting Company This report to show car number and commodi~y. 5. Advise daily M. A. Roche at the mine by radio, and J .- L. Ayre at Winnipeg by wire, of the number of cars in The Pas ready for shipment. This report to show the number of cars only. For example if there are seven cars in the yards ready for shipment, the report will be nseven cars on hand." 6. Advise M.A. Roche and J. L. Ayre of any change in information previously given regarding time of shipments, unavoidable delays, and any other information which may aid in organizing the work properly. 7. F. W. Hughes will arrange to obtain from the Railroad Company reports on cars as they pass checking points between Winnipeg and The Pas. FLIN FLON POWER SIDING OFFICE (M.A. ROCHE): 1. Furnish R. E.
