Show J, V, MARTIN, WINNIPEG (FRASER-BRACE REPRESENTATIVE): 1. Furnish both M. A. Roche and • A. Green each with a copy of all letters and telegrams written regarding the ordering, shipment or movements of any material, equipment or supplies to Churchill River Power Company, or Fraser-Brace Engineering Company at Island Falls. 2. Furnish M.A. Roche with one copy of all orders placed for materials to be shipped to Churchill River Power Company or Fraser-Brace Engineering Company. sho All orders are to the approximate weight of the materials ordered and the approximate shipping dates. This copy is in addition to the copy of orders now being furnished W. A. Green at the mine. 3. Advise J. L. Ayre, Traffic Department, by letter with a copy to J. W. Bringhurst, of any changes in information previously given regarding the time of shipment and any other information, which may aid in organizing the work properly. TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT (J. L. AYRE): 1. Keep a record of movements of all shipments on Form 29, Car Record. · (See instructions re: Car Record). 2. Furnish M.A. Roche with a statement as soon as possible covering everything that is to be shipped with its approximate weight and hold until order is okeyed for shipment by M.A. Roche. 3.
