Show CHURCHILL RIVER POWER COMPANY LIMITED WINTER FREIGHTING PROGRAMME WORKING GUIDE This guide is written for the guidance of all concerned in the winter freighting programme between Flin Flon Power Siding and Ialand Falls. A separate section of the guide is devoted to the duties of and reports required of each departmen t, the use of the various forms and the general procedure at each point. Please follow the plans as outlined carefully . No changes should be made without the approval of M.A. Roche, who is to be in charge of the general winter freighting programme, working in conjunctio n with Chas. B. Morgan, the hauling contracto r. An index to the various sections and subjects will be found at the front of this guide. DUTIES AND REPORTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT AND WINNIPEG OFFICE IN GENERAL: 1. Furnish M.A. Roche and W. A. Green each with a copy of all letters and telegrams written regarding ·the ordering, shipment or movements of any material, equipment or supplies to Churchill River Power Company, C. B. Morgan or the Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting Company. 2. Furnish M.A. Roche with one copy of all orders placed for materials to be shipped to Churchill River Power Company, C. B. ~organ or the Hudson Bay Mining Company. & Smelting All orders are to show the approxima te weight of the materials ordered and approxima te shipping dates. -1- |
