SIERRA CLUB PROTESTS STRAWBERRY COLLECTION SYSTEM Brian Beard, President of Utah chapter of the Sierra Club, filed an administrative protest fordenial of 404 permit for placement,of fill, material in the West Fork of the Duchesne River, for construction of the Vat Diversion Dam, Strawberry collection system of the Bonneville Unit of the CUP. The appeal discusses the legal water supply, and enviromental issues surrounding continued construction of the Strawberry collection system. I will send a copy to anyone interested in one for $1.00 to cover mailing and copying. Welcome to Citizens for a Responsible CUP Water Log. This is my very first newsletter so please bear with me.
