Chicago Preferred Regional Scenario

This plan is a subset of the GO TO 2040 plan, which is the region's long-range comprehensive plan to link transportation, land use, the natural environment, economic prosperity, housing, and human and community development. This plan focuses on mixed use communities, investment in education and workforce development, parks and open spaces, and transportation investments and infrastructure improvements.
