This paper, water Supply Paper No. 596- B, contains the results of our first year's work on the dissolved material and themselves amount of suspended matter found In these samples. Q This report, 596- B, does that deal with any part of the river north of Lees Ferry? A No; there are probably just a few determinations from Lees Ferry, but nothing north of that. Q All right. What is the next? A In July, 1929, Mr. Collins and I had an article in the magazine " Architectural Engineering and Industrial Chem-istry", entitled " Dissolved and Suspended Mineral matter in the Colorado River". That contains the results that are in No. 506- B, and a summary of our determination on the sus-pended matter at Bright Angel and Topock. Q And nothing above? A And nothing above, no, sir.
