There is just one situation that, as s understand it, might make some difference; and that is that Mr. Chenoweth has been shown on one of these sheets several rapids which Mr. Hoyt does not show on rapids. Now, that situation may arise from the fact that there is a lot of rock in that particular section of the river, without very much of a change in eleva-tion. The Special Master. And according to the definition, such witness that has appeared has his own particular defini-tion of a rapid, and I have got to decide what I think is a rapid. Mr. Blackmar. I fancy, or I do not see how it would be possible that there would not be consider-able discrepancy between Mr. Hoyt's table and the map over there ( indicating), prepared as it was.
