Well, certainly; but this witness does not know. By Mr. Farnsworth: Q All right. The pieces of the river, stretches of the river, where you were present and made actual surveys and saw the river itself, and where a rapid was visible, were in every instance placed by you upon sheets 7 to 13, inclusive, of Exhibit 10, and thus indicated; that is true, is it not? A I put all the elevations down as I found them, and the changes in the grade of the water as I found then in my original field sheets. Q And your legend on each of those sheets, Exhibit 10, that is to say, Sheets 7 to 13, inclusive, discloses themselves presence of every rapid that was in existence when you saw that river; is that not true? A That is true through the Cataract Canton. Q It is true through Glen Canyon, and all palces which you surveyed and which are depicted on those sheets, is it |
