Show Vocational ^Department HEN war began in nineteen hundred seventeen, Utah responded'. When war ceased in nineteen hundred eighteen and the Nation knew not what to do with her returning soldiers, Utah responded. When, in nineteen hundred nineteen, America effected a plan of rehabilitation to repay in part her disabled ex-service men for the sacrifice they had made and the blood they had freely given, Utah responded. Utah has continued to respond to the inherent duty entrusted to her in rebuilding the disabled men into new and better vocations. It is Utah's privilege to offer the best training to the disabled ex-service men in many trades and industries, and thus be of greatest service, not only to the men, but to the State. What Utah is striving for today will be reflected in her citizenry of tomorrow. A good man, with a good training, for a good occupation, makes a good reflection from a good institution, and will enable him to provide for a good home in a good community ; all of which tends to build up a good State.
