United States of America, \ Territory of Utah, Jss- By this public instrument be it known, to all whom the same doth or may in anywise concern, that I, A. B., a Notary in and for the Territory of Utah, duly sworn and commissioned, dwelling in , do hereby certify that [here state the subject matter of the certificate.] In testimony whereof I have subscribed my name, and caused my notarial [L.s.l seal of office to be hereunto affixed, the day of A. D/18 . A. B., Notary Public. 10.-Common hiM of sale. Know all men by these presents: That I, A.B.; of the [town, or, city,] of , in the county of , and Territory of Utah, of the first part, for and in considera- tion of the sum of dollars, lawful money of the United States, to me paid by C. D., of &c, of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant and convey, unto the said party of the second part, his executors, administrators and assigns, [the one undivided half of six acres of wheat, now growing on the farm of E. F., in the town of , afore- said, one chesnut colored horse, &c, &c.,] to have and to hold the same unto the said Sarty of the second part, his executors, administrators and assigns, for ever.
