A County Court may allow the Clerk of a District Court any sum not exceeding $50 per annum for services in criminal cases where the defendants are acquitted; and in all civil and criminal cases the fees of a Clerk of a i robate Court shall be the same as hereinbefore provided for a Clerk of a District Court.
