Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah: Thar, the Publiu . Priii te; for this Legislative Assembly is hereby authorized and required to print and publish, in book form, three thousand copies of the Digest of Laws as prepared and reported by the Joint Committee on Revision and Compilation, together with the Acts. Resolutions aud Memorials passed and adopted during this Fifteenth Aunual Session of said Assembly, with Index; ami five hundred copies of the Journals iu pamphlet form, including the Governor's Message and reports of the Treasurer, Auditor, Superintendent of Schools and Directors of Penitentiary, with such other matter, as has been or may be ordered to be included of this the Fifteenth Annual Session of the Legislative Assembly; aud the Secretary of the Territory is hereby required to furnish the President of the United States and each of his Cabinet, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Governor of each State and Territory of the United States "With one copy each of the Laws and Journals, and the Governor of Utah with five Copies each; one c<>py of the Laws and Jonrnals'to each Member and Officer of the present Legis/ative Assembly; one copy of the Laws to the Judges and Clerks of the Supreme, District aud Probate Courts, to the United States and Territorial Marshals, to the United States District Attorney and Attorney-General, and to each additional civil officer in the Territory, including the Mayor, Aldermen, Recorder and Marshal for each Incorporated City; one c«»py of the Laws to the Commandant of the , Nauvoo Legion, the Commandants of each Division, Brijra.de, Regiment, Battalion "''-and Company, al*o to tneir Adjutants and respecteve Staff Officers, and two copies. An A CT prescribing the term of certain Officers, and designating where their bonds shall be filed. Sec. 1.-Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah: That the term of all officers made elective by joint vote of the Legislative Assembly, including the officers elected during the present session, shall be fouryear«,and until their successors areelected audqualified,unlesssoonersuperseded :, by Legislative.election; and shall give bonds, with approved security, to the accept-'j.ance of the Auditor of Public Accounts, which bonds shall be filed in'his office: Provided, that the Auditor of Public Accounts shall give his bonds, with approved security, to the acceptance.of the Probate Judge of Great Salt Lake County, to be filed iu his office. . Sec. 2.-All county and precinct officers made elective at the gAieral election, who are required by law to file bonds, shall give bonds with approved security, to the acceptance of the Probate Judge of their respective counties,#which shall be filed in his office. Sec. 3.-All laws or part3 of laws conflicting with this Act are hereby repealed. Approved January 19, 1866.
