Auditor of Public Accounts," approved January 20, 1852, is hereby amended as follows: In section four, for "on or before the first day of November," read, on or before the first day of December; and change the seventh section so as to read: It shall be the duty of all Territorial officers handling public funds, either in collecting or disbursing the same, unless otherwise provided for by law, to make a report to the Auditor of Public Accounts on or before the thirtieth day of November in each year. . Approved January 17,1S66. CHAPTER CLVI. An ACT authorizing the Attorney General and the District and Prosecuting Attorneys to appoint Deputies. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah: That the Attorney General and District and County Attorneys are hereby authorized to appoint Deputies, to revoke such appointments, and to perform their official duties either by or with said Deputies. ' Approved, Jan. 19, 1866. CHAPTER CLVII. An ACT to amend "An Act concerning costs and fees of Courts, and fin purposes," Approved January 21, 1859. other Sec. 1.-Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah: That "An Act concerning costs and fees of courts, and for other purposes," "Approved January 21, 1859," is hereby amended as follows: In the third section all the fees shall be increased one hundred per cent., except those for collecting and paying over monies. In the eighth section all the fees shall be increased one hundred per cent., except the per cent, on sums collected and paid over on executions. In the ninth section the fees shall be increased one hundred per cent.; and in the sixteenth section the fees shall be increased one hundred per cent. Sec. 2.-This Act shall continue in force but one year from and after February 1, 1866; and sections three, eight, nine and sixteen of said Act are hereby made inoperative until the amendments made in this Act shall expire by limitation, after which time they shall remain in full force and virtue.
