Mr. -Krabbe..stated that, the grantor came to him saying that his wife was ill and that-he had to raise $300.00 to pay a doctor's bill. Grantor offered to sell his 1/4 Interest for amount of bill he owed to the doctor. Krabbe accepted the proposal and paid $300.00 for the 1/4 interest on basis of $1,200.00 for a full Interest. The tunnel sites had no actual cash value. |
