R. Lansingh, Vice President, Molybdenum Corp. of America, 500 Fifth Avenue, New York 18, New York, interviewed by John W. Vanderwilt. Vanadium Products Corp., through its Secretary, H. W. Balsey, acting as agent for Molybdenum Corp. of America, entered into an agreement (see Transaction M-19; whereby H. L. Brown secured an .option to purchase these claims for $20,000.00. The Molybdenum Corp. of America had not given Vanadium Products Corp. or Balsey authority to act as its agent in the sale of these claims and felt that the claims were worth $30,000.00. In °^er to avoid Dossible litigation Vanadium Products Corp. and H. L. Brown entered into a supplemental agreement whereby Purchase price under Brown's option was increased by *10,000.00. During existence Sf option Molybdenum Corporation of America re-cplved $25 076.50 as partial payment on amended option nrice of $30 000.00.
