These requisitions shall show the name and age of each pupil, the tribe to which it belongs, the name of the parent or guardian, as the case may be, who would be entitled to draw the ration and clothing for the child if it were at home, and the actual number of days each pupil was in attendance at the school during the previous quarter. The number of rations unissued during the preceding quarter must also be given, so that proper allowance may be mnde by the agent in the subsequent quarter. Based on this requisition the agent will issue to the mission school the neees-sary rations and clothing as if the children were at home, deducting the same from the amount which would have been allowed the parents for the use of such children were they at home, and making full statement as to number of rations issued, to whom, and on whose account when submitting usual report of issues. Application from any mission school on an Indian reservation where rations are issued under treaty stipulations will be considered if presented by the proper authorities of the school and if it sets forth the particulars called for by these regulations, and, if the Indians named are beneficiaries under the law, proper orders will be given for the allowance of such rations to the schools concerned.
