The bU8iness of said Corporation shall be the handling of all kinds of produce at wholesale and retaI1,the JIIJ.udling od all kinds of live stock,a1l kinds of cereals,the handling of all kinds of merchandise,of all kinds and discription,the purchasin« of real estate transaction of business,and in f&ct ~ld the erection of buildings for the any and all .things necessary to the carryi- ng on of all kinds of mercantile business. VI. The place of the general business of this corporation and its principal offices shall be at Morgan, Morgan Coupty,State of Utah. VII. The capital sto~k of the corporation shall be Ten Thousand ($10000.00) dollars divided into one hundred shares of the par value of One Hundred ($10000) Dollar:; 8ach~ VIII. The number ~nd kind of officers of the Corporation in whom the governi- ng power of such is vested shall be as follows to-wit:There shall be a of Directors consisting of five persons, a ~oard PreSident, a Vice PreSident, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and their qualifications shall be respectfully to own at least of the capital stock of said Company, and those to serve for the ensuing year a3 Directors and until t~eir successors are elected and qualified are as follows to wit:James A.
