The building is approximately 276 by 70 feet in plan, with office space located at the south entrance of the building; preceding the large, open interior. A large front yard area has been fenced off with steel pipe posts (capped with wooden spheres) and welded wire. The northern portion of the building has experienced some settlement cracking, and has received retrofit steel masonry ties. There is also an area of shear cracking at the north end of the east facade; possibly due to the nearness of the railroad spur. A large brick cannery building was added to the north of the site, which has also experienced settlement cracking. currently vacant. Both buildings are |
