Alan: Persuant to our several conversations, here is th~ list of anticipated projects we will be undertaking on the McCune Mansion. It is our ·understanding that these items will qualify under our grant of 1976. 1. Repair .damaged railings and guttering on exterior portions of building. The paint is matched exactly with original from a paint chip sent to a factory. Gutters will match existing work and no visible change will take place, except that leaks will be prevented from r~ining woodwork. (Estimate $2,500.00.) 2. Purchase original light fixtures and restore to good condition. (See Exhibit 1, estimate $5,500.00.) 3. Replace missing exterior light fixtures, design work to replicate the original fixtures. (See Exhibit 2, estimate $4,000.00.) 4. Replace missing velvet doorway curtains and rods. estimate $5 , 500.00.) (See Exhibit 3, 5. Replace missing curtains and rods in main dining room.
