"In eight years, we've had more . than 2,000 parties," said Pack, manager of the 94-year-old historic home in Salt Lake City. "You walk in here and have a comfortable feeling." On July 11, the Packs will sell the 16,868-square-foot building at 200 N. Main Street during a silent auction.
