The company was organized before his first visit into the San Juan country, but he doesn't know off hand just when he claims were assigned to the company. The company has been dissolved, but he couldn't answer how long ago; probably fifteen or twenty years. R. 2072- 2073. " Q. You were still retaining your interest in the property when you made these visits, I mean by interest, concern in it? " A. The property was the property of the family, my mother's; I was the outside man, took care of the outside property for the family. " Q. Do you and your family still retain your interest in those claims? " A. Yes." R. 2073. |
