Show -34- 164.54. A claim of $3,100.00 for engineering services is in question, and there are in addition a few small outstanding obligations. The chief items of expenditure have been those for the securing of engineering data, amounting to $31,306.92; legal and other advice, $4,902.56; the printing of reports, proceedings and other pamphlets, $3,179.91; and for expenses attendant upon the conferences held in accordance with the duties imposed by law. Of this last named series of expenditures, the Washington activities of the Commission, covering a period of approximately five months, naturally constitute the chief item, in the sum of $17,400.50. A recapitulation of the Commission's expenditures is herewith appended. An itemized list of all claims, checks and vouchers would prove too voluminous for inclusion in this report, but any information desired may be secured from the auditor. |
