SIR: The sixty-ninth Annual Report of the Office of Indian Affairs is respectfully submitted. FINANCE. APPROPRIATIONS. The total amount appropriated for the lndian service for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1901, is $8,873,239.24. Of this amount $8,197,239.24 is appropriated by the Indian appropriation act of May 31,1900, and $676,000 by the act of June 6,1900, ratifying the agree-ments with the Indians of the Fort Hall Reservation, in Idaho, and with the Apaches, Kiowas, and Comanches in Oklahoma. The tohl amount appropriated for the fiscal year 1900 was 87,749,- 951.94. This does not agree with the amount given in the last annual report, which is$7,678,863.19.
