Show -25- Exhibit "A" Real property and appurtenances to be sold and conveyed in fee simple by the Department and the City to the District pursuant to attached contract. All those certain parcels of real property situated in the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1. Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Section Thirty-six (36), in Township Three (3) South, Range Twenty-three (23), East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to the official plat of the survey thereof on file in the United States General Land Office; containing 25.64 acres, more or less. Free and clear of all encumbrances except: 1. Taxes for the current year 1935-36; 2. Rights and reservations as reserved to the State of California by patent recorded August 7, 1920, in Book 8, page 106 of Patents, records of said Riverside County, Califorina; 3. Restrictions, easements and rights of way of record. Parcel 2. Lot One (1) in Section Thirty-six (36), Township Four (4) South, Range Twenty-three (23) East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to the official plat of the survey thereof on file in the United States General Land Office; containing 6.75 acres, more or less. |
