Under the alternate plan of diversion by means of the Parker Dam, the point of diversion is to be located on the right-hand or restern bank of the Colorado River 2019.5 feet S. 50° IS1 54" W. of the SE Corner of Section 5, T. 11 N., R. 18 W., G. & S. R.B. & M., Ari zma, being within the (unsorveyed) SH% ot NEt of Section 33, T 3 H, E 27 E, S.B.3. & li., in the County of San Bernardino, California. Paragraph 7 (continued) The regulating reservoir is to permit the City of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles to divert water at a rate other than that at which the water may be conveniently drawn from the original source. The reservoir is also for the purpose of providing a desilting basin and reducing the pump lift, and will not result in any increased diversion of water, which diversion will not exceed 1,085,950 acre feet in any calendar year.
