R. 18 W., 0. k S.R.M., Arizona, being within the (unsurveyed) S.W.i, S.B.i, of Seotlon 3, Tp. 2 N., R. 27 E., S.B.M., in the County of San Bernardino, California. Under the alternate plan of diversion by mans of Parker Daa, the point of diversion is to be located on the right hand or western bank of the Colorado River 2019.5 feet S. 50© 12' 54" V. of the S.K. corner of Seo. 5, Tp. 11 H., R. 18 W., 0. * S.R.M., Arlsona, being within the (unsurveyed) S.tff.i, l.E.i, of Seotion 33, Tp. 3 I., ft. 27 E., S.B.M., in the County of San Bernardino, California. Paragraph 6. Intake or Headworka. (a) Diversion will be made by pumpingt Capacity of plant 720,374 gallons per minute (1606 oubio feet per second). The grade tunnels, grade conduits and lined canals will be constructed to full oapaolty as part of the first development. The pressure conduits, pumping plants and storage reservoirs, being auaoeptible of economic oonstruction in stages or parallel seotlons, will be construeted of adequate initial size as part of the firat development, and will bo Increased from time to time until the required ultimate capacity is attained. Application already has boon made to Federal Power Commission respecting alternate plan for diversion by means of Parker Dam and power plant. |
