Complete the following sections: Section_l - Name: The historic name is usually that of the original owner. Section 2 - Location: Address of the property. Section 3 - Classification: classifications. Check appropriate Section 4 - Owner of Property: - List the current owner of record for the property --"legal owner". Section 5 - Location of Legal Description: The county courthouse or building where the County Recorder is located. Section 6 - Representation in Existing Surveys: completed by preservation office staff. to be Section 7 - Description: See II of this outline. Section 8 - Significance: See III of this outline. Section 9 - Major Bibliographical References: What sources (books, articles, interviews, etc.) were used to compile the information on the property? Section 10 - Geographical Data: Provide the legal property description (i.e. the description found on tax i notices or title).
