Show OGDEN CITY NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT AGENCY GRANT AGREEMENT: PRE-DEVELOPKENT STUDIES I. I, ALLEN ROBERTS, owner of two commercial buildings located . at 111 and 115 25th Street Ogden, Utah, do hereby acknowledge and (accept receipt of grant funds from Ogden City Neighborhood Development Agency (NDA). These funds are issued under the terms of the HISTORIC PRESERVATION PRE-DEVELOPMENT STUDIES PROGRAM (as adopted by the NDA Board 2/3/89). I understand that I will be reimbursed for costs incurred in acquiring engineer's drawings, reports, and cost estimates for structural and seismic upgrading of roof and floor joists, connections and plywood diaphragms, and repair of damaged exterior and structural walls, on the above mentioned property. These will be obtained from David R. Christensen, P.E. I will not seek reimbursement for any pre-development study work done by me or my office (Cooper/Roberts, Architects). My request for reimbursement will include a copy of the engineer's itemized invoice, marked "PAID", along with two copies of the work purchased. In conjunction with the HISTORIC PRESERVATION PRE-DEVELOPMENT STUDIES PROGRAM the Ogden ci ty Neighborhood Development Agency hereby offers a grant of up to $2,000, to ALLEN ROBERTS owner of 111 and 115 25th Street, Ogden, which shall reimburse the owner for certain costs associated with acquiring engineer's reports, drawings, and cost estimates (as mentioned above). The NDA shall reimburse actual costs, up to $2,000, paid by ALLEN ROBERTS, as evidenced by the engineer's invoice marked "PAID", when accompanied by two copies of the work purchased.
