Show Feb. 15, 1990 Doug las R. Smith Ogden City Inspection Division 2540 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah, 84401 Dear JJoJ.g : ?his is an update on my 111-115 25th St. renovation projects. I have hired Richard Tharcpson, a licensed general contractor, to do needed interior daroli tion in the tw::> buildings. I also asked him to put up a temporary fence. The daroli tion has begun but apparently the fence has not been put up. Perhaps he feels it is easier to rerove the durtpster without the fence in the way. In any event, I will again instruct him to p.1t up SCIre sort of fence. I am still working on the drawings am specs for the structural stabilization. The City just this week awroved a grant to cover ~ engineering fees. As I rrentioned during our last talk, I am having the engineer design a way to retain the south addition to the tw::> story building. Accordingly, I will be incorporating all engineering data in the construction dOCUIreI1ts. I will get a set of the canpleted dOCUIreI1ts to you as SCXJn as }X>ssible.
