YOU ARE FURTHER ORDERED not to lease or rent and to maintain the building(s) at the above address VACANT and secure against entry until it has been determined that said building(s) is/are no longer dangerous by the Ogden City Inspection Division. You, Kimi Nishikawa, and Michiko Kimura Thornton, the Owner(s) of said building(s) are hereby ORDERED to commence the demolition/rehabilitation of said building(s) by not later than 8th day of December, 1989, and to have the said work of demolition/rehabilitation completed within the limits of required permits. If you fail to do so, your noncompliance will result in ' the bui lding(s) being demol ished at the di rection of Ogden City, and the total cost of said demolition shall be levied as a special assessment against said property. SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR HISTORIC. STRUCTURES OR BUILDINGS IN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT. This building is in a Historic District and/or on the National/Local Register, appl ication must be made to Ogden City Landmarks Commission prior to any repair or demolition of the building as such approval is required before work is begun. ' . The Landmarks Commission meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the 6th Floor of the. Municipal' Building, 2549 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. All requests for hearings must be submitted two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled meeting to Senior Planner Greg Montgomery at 2540 Washington Blvd. 6th Floor (Ogden Regional Center), Ogden, Utah. YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED that all other persons having an interest in said building(s) or land are hereby notified that they may, at their own risk and expense, so demolish said building(s) not later than the date hereinabove provided, so as to prevent the levy by Ogden City of the aforesaid special assessment on said property. YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER ADVISED that any perso~v'ng any record title or legal interest in the building(s) may appeal from the Notice and Order to the Board of Building and Fire Code Appeals of the Ogden City Corporation, provided the appeal is made in writing within thirty (30) days fromthe-serVlce of this Notice and Order.
