I cannot vouch for the engineering, but the calculations include analysis of all areas typical for a structural upgrade of this nature. Also, Doug Smith, chief building inspector for Ogden, has made his approval contingent upon receiving additional calculations for lateral loading, which Allen will have to submit before buUding permits will be issued.
