Smith Ogden City Inspection Division 2540 Washington Blvd. Ogden Utah, 84401 Dear Doug: Now that interior demolition is underway in the buldings at 111-115 25th Street, the structural engineer and I have been able to more closely examine all structural conditions in the buildings. Based on some new information, David Christensen has revised his calcuations and designs for structural upgrading.
