Show October , 1885• & this P. M. I hauled a load of wood. I went up north for~ & got Snorter & two cows. Frid 30th. A. P. took the team to Antimon y. Emery & I took horses & cattle on mountain & we organize d Sat 31st. MIA . I was elected presiden t of it. N,OVEMBER, 1885 • Sund 1st. school. ting I went to Culberts but there wasent enough I hauled a load of wood for school house. Mend 2nd . Naomi commenced I then moved some fencing . I went up west & brot old sway back & t\qo colts. Tuesd 3rd. YJed 14-th. & t moved fencing . I took old swayback & colts up towards Antimony then returne Samuel King arrived from Fillmore . I went over to North fork with Samuel & then to Culberts Thursd 5th. · where we all helped August put the roof on his house. Thomas . King & I went hunting horses over on the west mounta· n Frid 6th. & had a cold bad day of it & found nothing , Marshal l Armstrong is in the valley t night Sat 7th. I fixed the ditch & then went down to Nichols . A calf was slaughte red & taken out of his corral last evening & Johnny Macks house plundere d by unknown parties . Sund 8th. Tie all went to meeting up the valley. The folks Eliza & f Ettie are not feeling well toni~ht . Mend 9th. I hauled a load of wood this A. M. & commenced plowing this It looks stormy . Tte sd 10th . Wed 11th . cold. .M. I plowed. It stormed last night. I plowed this A. M. August took the team after wood this P. M. & It was windy I went over to Mr. Hunters & brot Mays mare . Thursd 12th. Frid 13th. Sat lhth. I plowed. William & MartJ Ann & little ones came this eve ing. I plowed. William went up to Johns. Emery & I drove stock off toward Antimony this .A.• M. & plow d this P . M. & went to MIA this evening . Sund 15th. We went to meeting . Mond 16th, I plowed, Tuesd 17th . Wed 18th. I worked road tax , I plowed.
