He wanted to bring to our attention an inaccurate detail in the PROSIM Report Appendix. Although I invited him to submit a written comment, he proceeded to give me the correction over the phone. I told him that I would make note of it, but I also said that someone may call him for further clarification. His comment: First page of the Appendix, first item in table " Brief Summary of Weber- Provo Diversion Rights ( as modeled by PROSIM)", first item under Other Provisions: instead of No holdover permitted of water stored in Echo, it should read Holdover permitted to extent owner does not exceed his Echo Reservoir storage right.
