The draft report outlines the development and current uses of PROSIM, a hydrologic simulation model of the Provo River Basin. PROSIM has been developed as a comprehensive planning tool for projecting effects of a variety of river management regimes. An example of PROSIM's capability can be seen in the analysis and evaluation of alternative impacts for the Wasatch County Water Efficiency Project. A final report will be prepared considering the comments received and will be sent to those who have commented on this draft report or who request a copy. If you require more detailed information than is provided in mis report, additional information may be obtained by contacting Nancy Hardman ( address below). Please submit your written comments so that they are received by May 15,1997. Comments received by this date will be responded to in the final report.
